Vacation

It has been a couple of days since I posted, but I wanted to point out that I am changing jobs. I gave my two weeks notices after being hired somewhere else, and I figure now is the best time to use my vacation days. So until I return back to my home, sadly there will not be any vodka updates... Unless people want me to speculate what may taste good. I'd start by saying bacon.

Candy Block Vodka

Remember back in kindergarten where everyone would be playing with toys? You're introduced to Lego, and you would try and build something. Then about half way through you'd see Tommy, that slow kid, just putting them in his mouth and eating them. I hated Tommy. Luckily for Tommy, and his digestive system, they started marking candy blocks.

You can tell that they are blocks, because they spell that out for you. Good Tommy.

Rockets / Smarties Vodka

As one of the great divides of Canada and the United States, certain things are not available in the others country. We don't have Vanilla Coke, and the US doesn't have things like Dill Pickle chips. Sometimes though they just need to change the name of the product, because it is already in use. The United States has Smarties, so in Canada they had to be renamed Rockets, because Smarties was already in use.

Interesting fact, I was going to have the logo look like rockets, but I have no artistic skill.

Mike & Ike Vodka

Mike & Ike have been around for a long time. So much so that they have become an icon. Ironically enough, they have been also seen as a symbol of Gay marriage, and possibly soon... Gas divorce. Because of this I decided to

I decided to go with the original fruits on this case, if you catch my double entendre.

Rock Candy Vodka

A while back I did a rock candy vodka drink, but it seems that there is more than one type of rock candy. One is formed on a stick, and the other looks like... Well a bunch of rocks. Now I work on the second type.

I guess I should say, "We will, we will, rock you."

Air Heads Vodka

Airheads... No I'm not talking about the movie staring Brendan Fraser. I'm talking about the taffy like candy that you could buy back in the day that was only... Okay.

Remember this? Yeah... It's... Okay.

Coconut Vodka

One day I was sitting under a coconut tree, and then it hit me. I should do something with coconuts. Being a bit of a lazy guy at times, not exactly wanting to crush what hit me on the head, I went to the store and grabbed some coconut.

As you can see, it is very glad to see me.
